Kouhdasht Khorasan Honey Co-operative Company held a training course on new ways of producing royal jelly in theory and practice on November 2nd and 3rd, 2016 in two days in order to promote technical knowledge and earn new incomes by beekeepers. Unfortunately, due to the low technical knowledge of beekeepers and their lack of familiarity with modern methods of producing Royal Jelly, the efficiency and production of Royal Jelly is very low considering the high potentials in this sector. Average jelly harvest in the country which is often traditionally done is less than a few ten grams per colony, but the developed countries using the update knowledge have been able to produce up to a few kilograms of royal jelly per year in each colony. Fortunately, with the attendance and participation of experienced professors in the Royal Jelly courses in developed countries, the methods of producing Royal Jelly have been updated, and this science with high performance has been localized in the country. Khorasan province, as one of the main spots of beekeeping in the country, can play a major role in producing bee medicinal products by conducting up-to-date training courses. Holding the course of producing Royal Jelly in Mashhad has created a new series of science-based and applied training courses for beekeepers in Khorasan province, which has been  welcomed by more than 150 beekeepers across the country and it has improved the technical knowledge of beneficiaries.
